Question: I created an account but why can't I see my catalog?

Answer: If you have created an account with a personal email, you will not have access to your catalog. The registered email address must be attached to your employers domain name.

Question: I am having trouble with a certain feature or function, what can I do?

Answer: We have run into issues when using Internet Explorer. It is a more limiting browsing and would suggest trying Chrome or Firefox if something is not working properly prior to reaching out. If the problem persist please don't hesitate to reach out, but we have found this to solve many of those issues.

Question: What do I do if I don't see what I need?

Answer: If you need a product that is not in your catalog, please reach out to us. All items must be approved before they are added to each catalog, but can be added to your existing order by letting us know.
